Quality of service center should be impreoved – Suzuki Gixxer user Milton

My name is MD. Milton Ali and I professionally I am a businessman. To maintain my business properly and to have some recreation in my leisure, I need a bike badly. There was a time when I don’t have any bike of my own and I was used to use my friend’s bike but that was somehow humiliating to me. We all know the fact that it is really a different matter to have a bike of one’s own. As I am a bike lover and for this reason I made a huge thinking before I made my decision to purchase my bike. I was in the imagination that I will have a bike that have nice look, Powerful and also with exciting features. By measuring all these and with the advice of my friends I made my decision with “Suzuki Gixxer 150”. It is better to mention that, I like this bike only by the first look I liked this bike and for this reason I made order for the Red Gixxer and they call me next day to hand over the bike. I have been using this one from the last 2 years and I have ridden it near around 10000 kilometer. One day Team of MotorcycleValley invited me to share my review with them including both the good and negative sides of my bike and to be frank about this matter; I was looking for such chance to uphold my opinion about my bike. I hope my review will help a lot especially to those who are thinking to have a bike of 150cc segment. At the same time, it is good to mention that I am not a professional biker rather I only use my bike for my personal and general purpose.

At first I want to say about the Design of my bike. Its Design is really good one in my view. Its color quality, graphics and others thing is really nice same time, body parts of this one is really strong. One more thing I would like to mention about my bike that, because of its strong body parts, I can ride it as my wish. This one is just perfect from my view from the both Design and Build quality.

The next part I want to mention about my bike is its Comfort. So far I have sensed my bike, it is good enough comfortable in the both long and short ride. Seating position is pretty comfortable; I don’t even feel any back pain even after sitting on it for a long time. Meanwhile, I have noticed that its handlebar is just straight and this is one of the main reasons to have comfort from this one. Switches are pretty good in the performance and headlamps light is seems like far better than the others bike.

Let’s move to the matter of control of my bike. In a word, my bikes control is just fine enough to mention it as an excellent. I have found its control fine and clear in all short of road conditions. One thing I just love of my bike, whenever I found a chance to open the front of my bike in traffic then no problem to clear the whole body. Disc break serve me powerful breaking system by which I can move with my bike ignoring the matter of traffic same time, Mono shock suspension provides me nice comfort and well balance which is another reason for good control over my bike. Size of the tyres is nicely matched with the size of the body of my bike. And by having all these I am happy with the control of my bike.

I am in a little bit tension with the matter of mileage. When I am to purchase this bike, showroom informs me that this will serve the mileage of around 45 kilometer but I am having the mileage in average 35 – 40 kilometer per liter. Engines performance is really good ignoring the matter of mileage. I don’t sense anything wrong in the engine as like bad sound or over heat even after riding this one long time. But it becomes hot very fast in the new condition. I think it is positive to become hot in the new condition.

When I purchase my bike then the price of it seems like high in my view but it was the Design of my bike by which I can’t move my attention even on the price. If the price was little bit lower then I would have been happy but now the scenario is totally different as Suzuki had reduced the price of their product in a large number and this is one of the major reason of my unhappiness with the price of my bike.
I mainly serve my bike from the official servicing center and I am not happy with the service of the servicing center. I think that they can improve their service in a large number and company will take a good care of this matter.

Negative sides of my bike:
-Pillion cannot sit on it comfortably.
-Chain loses its tightness very fast.
-Rear mud guard seems like weak.
-Service of the servicing center can be improved.

My request to the company is, to maintain this type of giant we need a good servicing center.
