Lifan Xpect 150 Features Review

When it comes to Bangladeshi market Lifan is one of the leading Chinese motorcycle manufacturing company. With their product they always satisfied their users and the best part of Lifan is they provide the latest technology product within the most reasonable price range. In recent times we saw different products in their lineup, but lack of Dual Purpose, or Off-road bikes were seen. But the wait is now over and Russell Industries recently introduced a new motorcycle in Bangladesh. A new off-road bike, namely Lifan X-pect 150.

There is a few off-road motorcycle we can see on our country. Off road bikes are basically used for long ride and in rough road condition. The all new X-Pect has all the features that can be at help for adventures.

Lifan X-Pect 150 Design & looks:

When it comes to Street Adventure bikes a core model design been followed, but the exciting part is how well a company can decorate. When it comes to Lifan X-Pect 150 we will notice up-raised seating and riding position, upper mounted exhaust, front fender, spoke wheels, which are mutual for an off-road bike. X-Pect 150 is also has these basic designs, but the attraction seems to be in the color contrast and decals. This bike has black background all over its body but the color change is only at its front kit which is located bottom of the fuel tank. The headlight unit is trapezoidal and equipped with a halogen bulb. But the tail light offers a LED setup. Matte color finish mated with attractive decals makes this bike excellent to look at.

Lifan X-Pect 150 Engine performance:

Now the real entity comes, engine performance is the most important part of an adventure street bike, because without power you can’t ride off roads. Lifan X-Pect 150 come with raw power and excellent throttle response. This bike is equipped with a Vertical single-cylinder, four-stroke, Air-cooled, Power Push-rod, 150cc engine that can produce 14 bhp maximum power @ 8000 rpm and 14 Nm of torque @ 6500 rpm. For the smooth transmission Lifan used 5-speed gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch. The top speed of this bike would be around 120 km/h. to fire up the engine it has both Kick and Electric starting option.

Lifan X-Pect 150 Dimensions:

Lifan X-Pect 150 has a pretty long seating position where both rider and pillion sit. The single stair seat is also well-cushioned. The body dimension of the bike is 2050 mm length, 790 mm width and 1325 mm height. The standard ground clearance of this bike is 220 mm and the wheelbase is measures 1360 mm. Basically off-road bikes are made lightweight for better controlling, which is why the kerb weight of X-Pect is 130 kg respectively which is slightly lighter than normal 150cc standard commuter bike. The fuel tank has enough space that can contain 10 liters.

Lifan X-Pect 150 Suspension & Brakes:

Lifan X-Pect 150 has a Telescopic suspension in the front and a swingarm mono-shock suspension at the rear wheel. Telescopic suspension can provide a great performance on any road condition. When it comes to braking this bike comes with disc brake in the front and drum brake in the rear. However, these days’ people demands CBS/ABS system, but there is no sign in it.

Lifan X-Pect 150 Wheels and tires:

Lifan X-Pect 150 gets spoke wheels and the tyres are tube type off road Dual purpose tires. In front Lifan used 90/90-17 section and 110/90-17 section on the front wheel.

Lifan X-Pect 150 Meter cluster:

The instrument panel of Lifan X-Pect 150 is similar as other Lifan bike’s available in Bangladesh, which is semi-digital. The tachometer is analog, but the odometer, trip-meter, fuel gauge, gear indicator features are digital.

The Lifan X-Pect 150 is a dual sport bike. It is made to work both as a dirt bike and as a road bike. However, the bike seems to be little bit over weight comparing to other off road bikes seen around the globe. Very sporty design with sportier decals and vents makes this bike very attractive to look at. Now the users will define the performance and the fate of this bike in near future. There are three color are available for this motorcycle, those are Green, Red and Orange.
