Honda X Blade 3300km riding experiences by MD Shohag Milon
Assalamualaikum, I am Shohag. By profession, I am a businessman. I am using my Honda X blade for the last 9 months. As soon as this bike came in the market, it caught my attention. Soon I thought why not give it a try? And I was planning to buy a bike for some months. This bike was 160 cc and the price seemed reasonable for me. I have ridden this bike for 3390 kilometers and gathered various experience. Today I am going to give an overall review of my bike.
Some good sites of my bike:
-Some say the first sight is the best sight. When I saw first saw this bike, the looks of this bike attracted me most. Especially the headlight gives this bike more aggressive and sporty look.
-Another thing is control. Though my bike doesn’t have any abs, still it is much more efficient with its controlling sector.
-I can happily say that my bike is fuel efficient. I get a decent mileage in both cities and highways. Mileage in highway keeps 48-50 kilometers and in cities it remains between 45-46 kilometers.
-The last thing I want to say is the comfort. My bike is very comfortable during single riding and with pillion. The pillion seat is also very comfortable. Whoever has ridden this bike with me said that, this is one of the comfortable pillion seats they have ridden.
Some complains with my bike:
-The very first complain which I have with the front tire of my bike. I think and maybe most of the X blade user will say that, the front tire is very thin. The size of the front tire is 80-100 mm which can be thicker.
-The headlight always remains on. This makes me very uneasy in the daylight.
-I have a mono suspension in my bike. The suspension is good but its size does not match its body. I think a heavier and thicker suspension will give my bike more grip on off road.
-I faced a few problems while doing gear shifting. Though the problem isn’t large but it is annoying.
Finally, I have to admit my bike is a good bike in terms of the basic requirements of a rider. I mean it has a better look, good mileage what else do you need. But, when I am expecting a bit more, why not? The shock absorber section can be more effective but it’s not. I have done night riding also but haven’t faced any problem. Performance is same both off road and on road. Hope you liked my review. Thank you.
