TVS XL100 user review by Robiul Islam

In our country we can see lot of bike with various designs. Most of the motorcycle users watch the cc and design before they buy a bike. Different cc and different prices are also there for them. I think for fast communication within short time there is no comparison of bikes. I am also a bike user and my bikes name is TVS XL 100cc. this bike is especially loved by the old age riders. This bike is seen both at the city and village roads. Every man wants to do something exceptional; like that I also have a dream to have this kind of bike which I am using now. I have started using bikes from my youth age and before this one I have a used a bike named Freedom Runner but I was not that much comfortable with that one so I changed.

My name is MD.Robiul Islam and I am doing business after completing my education. For my business purpose I have to travel a lot on daily basis and for making my communication easier I prefer my motorcycle all the time. Mainly the reason behind having a bike is my family and business purpose. I am using this bike for one year and within this time I have ridden 9000 kilometers with my bike. Few days passed I was introduced to team motorcycle valley and I have shared few word with them about my bikes good and bad sides. I am thanking them for giving me an opportunity to express myself. I have never got this kind of chance before and none ever asked for my opinion or experiences about my bike. I personally feel that after reading my very own review readers will be helped and they will also have a clear knowledge about this bike as well. As I am writing for the first time and it is my very own observance or opinion so I beg of mercy if any mistakes are seen. So let us not waste more time and talk see my opinion and experiences with my bike.

Let us start the conversation with the main part of a bike the engine. My bikes engine performance is really satisfying to me. One year has passed and I haven’t seen any problems with the engine which I must let you know. Engine sound is good enough but after using it for a long duration it gets over heated. I am not a long ride lover because I think life is precious then time so I travel short distances with my bike. Traveling with family or short journey with this bike is really enjoyable to me that I must say. This bike can rise up to goo speed and no extra sound is found at the chain set or engine on that time. One thing I can say with confidence and that is, if someone is asking for a fuel efficient bike then they can go for it.

Now I want to say about the design of this bike, because of liking the design of this bike I bought it. I think the comparing to other 100cc bike this bike has an exceptional design. Even the body materials are also very durable and strong enough; they didn’t break up even after falling down at the streets. Fuel tank is really exceptional at the design and I like it. So overall this bike is exceptional at the design and I like both the design and build quality.

While purchasing this bike form the showroom they told me that I am going to get good mileage and I am getting the same. I am getting at least 60 KM/L mileage at present. After one year 60 KM/L mileage from a 100cc bike is really satisfactory and I am pleased with the mileage. My basic need is fulfilled which was the mileage.
Seating position of this bike is good enough for riding. it is softer and comfortable to seat on. I can easily travel with a pillion on my bike. Nothing to say about the seat height because is it a exceptional is design so no problems with the seat height. Handle bar of this bike is comfortable for using and I feel good when I hold that. Once I speed up this bike 70 KM/H speed and I realized that this bike vibrates a lot at the top speed. I felt pain in my hands on that situation. Though I never ride my bike on high speed I like to go at the standard speed. I want to live for a long time. Without that I have made 150 kilometers ride with my bike in one day and I felt back pain on that time. Switches placed at the handle bar of this bike are really good looking and user friendly for using. Without that I got great support from the headlamp during my night rides, it makes my front path clearer lie the day time. Looking glasses of this bike also offers me clear view of m back. Now talking about the braking of this bike I must say they are effective. Clutch of this bike is smoother than the other 100cc bike I have tested. But the suspensions of this bike are not that much useful. I have to go through great shaking while riding at the rough road conditions. But the tyres of this bike are well gripped and strong enough for long tome use. They don’t skid very often and that is why I feel safe.

I think this bike is not for long rides but for city traveling it is perfect. People buy this bike for having great mileage from it but without that it is good enough to offer good control and comfort. I really like the engine performance but I like the comfort and control of this bike at the city roads as well.

I have visited the servicing center once I my life and I really like the environment of that place. I like the way they behaved with me and they fixed my problem. They are well equipped and all the body parts are available there. I never faced the same problem which I fixed from there. I must say almost everything is perfect there.

Based on the features and performance I think the price of this bike is higher. I think if the price can be lessened then the sell will be increased of this bike. For the new buyer will say though the price of this bike is higher but the design, performance and especially the mileage is really good. So I think this bike will not disappoint you guys after purchasing it. I am saying it again it is not for long ride or speedy ride but it is comfortable.

Good sides:
Good engine performance, seating position s good, good mileage, good control and comfort, effective brakes.

Bad sides:
High price, suspension performance is not up to the mark, Vibration at good speed, not for long rides.

Finally I want finish with saying one thing and that is within reasonable price you guys can buy this bike and you will find exceptional feeling. After one year this bike is still new to me and looks attractive.
