TVS Stryker user review by Faruk Hossain

Nowadays motorcycles are one of the most popular vehicles among all and because of them transportation becomes easier and faster. Because of this reason I think motorcycle is really an important thing to run your life. I am MD. Faruk Hossain and I do business. At present I am using TVS Stryker 125 motorcycle for doing my business works faster and also to make my communication easier. I used to ride motorcycle from many days back and I was living in abroad so I always had thinking that after returning I will have a bike. I not only use this motorcycle for my business purpose but also for doing my personal things as well. I bought this bike from “Khan Motors” Puthia Rajshahi. Before having this motorcycle I discussed with one of my closest friends because he used this bike for ten months. He said that this motorcycle is really fuel efficient and overall performance is also pleasing. So I made my mind to have this motorcycle. So it also becomes the first motorcycle of my life. Twenty days are gone away and I am using this 125cc motorcycle without having any problems. By this time the meter is showing 550 kilometers ride.



Design of this 125ccc motorcycle form TVS is outstanding. Overall graphics pleased me a lot. I also think that the body plastics are very harder and they will be long lasting. Now talking about the real things the engine also makes me satisfy whenever I ride this bike. The engine of this bike is really powerful and I like the way it performs. This engine doesn’t get over heated at all and at every road I can easily ride this bike without having any shortage of power. But one thing I have to say that the after this bike crosses the speed of 80 KM/H speed the front portion of it starts to vibrate. One of the biggest reasons behind having this bike was the latest graphics of this motorcycle. Without that the body parts are durable and the fuel tanker is really attractive. More or less this machine is similar to TVS Apache RTR 150.

I like the seating position of this motorcycle and I really love to ride with my family because of the seat of my bike. I always feel comfortable while riding this bike of mine. The whole seat is softer and wider to seat on and ride, no problems with the seat height it is perfect for any height people and I never felt uncomfortable seating on it even for long time, so what more I need. For this kind of seating position I never feel tired or discomfort while riding this bike for long time. Though I haven’t made any real long journey but in one day I traveled for 50 Kilometers and I was comfortable enough during my ride. On the other hand I have got 90 KM/H top speed of my own riding this motorcycle and one thing I find out on that time, the front portion starts to vibrate after crossing the speed of 80. Switches placed at the handle bar are very good looking and I never faced any difficulties using them. Not only the switches but also the electrical for which they are placed for are very pleasing to their performance. Headlamp offers me great light whenever I ride my bike at the night period.

Suspensions of this motorcycle are very effective at their performance. I don’t feel that much of shaking at the broken roads and in the smooth city roads no way to feel the shaking. Without that the braking is also very helpful to have good controlling and safety. Because it has front disc brakes so I can easily control my bike in every tough situation. Tyres are very well gripped and I have no complaints about them because they don’t skids, even at the wet roads. Battery is up to the mark and for that all the electrical feature and the self starting options works perfectly. However the looking glasses are good enough to watch my back clearly.

I want to talk about the mileage now. When I purchased this motorcycle from the showroom they told me that I will have 60 KM/L mileage from this motorcycle. Though I have to ride at the broken or off type of roads most of the time and for that I am getting 50 KM/L mileage but I am expecting same mileage as they told me at the city roads.

I like the servicing center placed in puthia. They are very well behaved and their working environment is satisfying indeed. I am pleased with their cordiality they showed dafter I reach there. But I cannot say how they are with their work because I never visited there for servicing.

At present days the price of TVS Stryker is lower than before and for that I bought this bike without wasting any time. Comparing to other 125cc bike motorcycles from different companies this bike holds a reasonable price tag indeed. So I personally thing based on the performance the price of this bike is perfect.

Good sides:
- Engine performance
- Seating position
- Low fuel cost
- Excellent design and graphics
- Outstanding power of the headlamp
- Effective suspensions and brakes
- Powerful battery

Bad sides:
- Vibrates at the high speed.

So finally I want to say that if someone is interested to have 125 cc motorcycles then they can definitely chose TVS Stryker 125 and they will not regret after using it. Overall mileage and the performance will surely be satisfying for you as well like me. Good engine oil and fuel maintain the engine performance as new. So be careful about these two.
