Bajaj Discover 100 Motorcycle Ownership Review by Maruf Hakim
At recent days motorcycles are one of the most affectionate and gorgeous vehicles. It saves time and gives a very pleasurable travel experience. I also belong to modern society and that is why I am also attracted to this vehicle. From the young age I used to saw my friends and other family members riding motorcycles and I was passionate about this vehicle from that time. Because of my passion I learned to ride motorcycle and used to drive my friends motorcycles. At the city roads 100cc commuter motorcycles are very affordable and enjoyable to ride and I used to ride 100 cc discover motorcycle of my friend. I have got great satisfaction to ride this motorcycle and I decided to buy Discover 100. After few years I bought a brand new Discover 100 motorcycle. It has been one year I am riding this motorcycle I have gathered lots of experience about this motorcycle. Now from bellow the lines I will share my experience about Bajaj discover 100.
Design and looks:
Bajaj Discover 100 motorcycle is not so stylish but its decent looks can attract any kind of rider who feel affection for to use commuter category motorbikes. This bike contains straight and handsomely made chassis which can carry one or more rider pillion easily. For better comfort the sitting position of the rider is really well and the color combination makes those things more delightful undoubtedly. So in my opinion I am completely happy with the looks and design as a commuter motorcycle.
Controlling experience with my bike:
In my personal view controlling and handling this motorcycle is very straightforward or I can say very simple. At good speed and average speed both times this bike is able to provide good controlling to the riders. Normally I use this motorcycle for traveling in the city roads and in my personal experience this motorcycle is easy to control for its straight and simple design because this bike is not so heavy or so light weighted at all. Cornering with Discover 100 is not so tough because this bike holds good dimension and ground clearance. So as like me other riders should be happy with the controlling part of this bike.
Engine performance:
Engine performance of Bajaj is always better than other Indian bikes that we all know. I am personally using Bajaj discover 100 for one year and I personally got the proof. I think most of the Discover users are delighted with the engine performance of this motorcycle alongside me. This motorcycle is build with Single cylinder, 4 stroke, and air cooled 95cc engine. This engine is able to produce excellent max power of 8 bhp @ 7500rpm and torque of 7.85 Nm @ 5000rpm and because of this type of power and torque riders can have better performance. I am using this motorcycle for past one year in my own experience I have got better-quality performance with this bike than the other bikes I have ride. This bike contains DCDI ignition technology that’s why internal burning occurred much better than other 100cc bikes. So undoubtedly a good performance can be expected with this bike and in my opinion this bike won’t disappoint at this side.
How I take care of my bike:
Because I always wanted to have this bike after I got this I take great care of my bike and I just love it. I wash my bike with water, others instruments and shining creams at least twice in a month and regular cleaning is a daily part of my life. After running 1000 KM I always change the engine oil for the better performance of my bike. And I use my bike very carefully at the crowded roads. I regularly check my bike tyres, brakes and other technical thing before riding on it
Speed and mileage:
Everyone knows that commuter bikes are always good at the mileage and my bike is also capable to do that. I am totally satisfied with the mileage performance of this bike. From the very beginning this bike is always best at its mileage. I have personally calculated the mileage and I have got 60 KM/L mileage at the city roads and 70 KM/L mileage at the long journeys. This bike doesn’t disappoint me at the top speed performance at all. I have got 80 plus mileage all the time.
In my one year riding period I have enjoyed my riding with my bike. Sometimes I had faced few problems but those can be ignored because every machine creates problems.
