Bajaj Discover 100 motorcycle user review by Shuvo
Now in present days two wheelers are one of the most loving and attractive vehicles. This vehicle is able to offer very enjoyable riding for the users. Because of this reason I am very attracted to motorcycles. I used to saw my father driving motorcycles and I was passionate about motorbikes from that time. After I complete my secondary exams I learned to ride motorbike from my father. On that time my father had a motorcycle names Hero Honda Splendor plus and after one year my father bought a latest commuter motorcycle named Bajaj Discover 100. Since then I used to ride my father motorcycle. It has been three years I am riding this motorcycle I have gathered lots of experience about this motorcycle. Now from bellow the lines I will share my experience about Bajaj Discover.
Design:
In my view Bajaj Discover 100 is not so stylish but its polite looks can attract any kind of rider who loves to use commuter category motorbikes for sure thus my father is not so young he bought this bike including his personality. This bike contains straight and handsomely made chassis which can carry three passengers including the rider very easily. For better comfort the sitting position of the rider is much straighter. The color combination of this bike is really natural looking which make this bike more charming. One of the best things about the design is, this bike can match with the personality of different types and ages of riders.
Controlling experience:
I would like to say controlling and handling this motorcycle is much easier than the other co100 cc commuter bikes at good speed and average speed both. Usually I use this motorcycle for traveling in short roads and in my personal experience this motorcycle is easy to control for its straight and simple design. Cornering or turning with Discover 100 is not so tough and it will give you very smooth experience that I can promise thus this bike contains narrow tyres. Because this bike holds good dimension and ground clearance controlling side is much better in my view.
Engine performance:
According to many users the engine performance of Bajaj motorcycles is always better than other Indian bikes. I am delighted with the engine performance of this motorcycle. This motorcycle is made with 94.8cc Single cylinder, 4 stroke, air cooled engine. This engine is able to produce excellent max power of 8.2bhp @ 7500rpm and torque of 7.85 Nm @ 5000rpm and because of this type of power and torque riders can have better performance without any hesitation. I am using this motorcycle for past three years and by my own experience I can say I have got better-quality performance with this bike than the other commuter bikes I have ridden. This bike contains DCDI ignition technology that’s why internal burning occurred much better than other 100cc bikes of various companies. So with engine alongside me who ever used this bike will be pretty much happy I guess.
Speed and mileage:
Not only Bajaj bikes every Commuter bike always give good mileage everyone knows that and Discover 100 is also capable to do that. I am totally satisfied with the mileage of this bike. From the very beginning this bike is always best at its mileage. This bike is able to give 70 KM/L mileage and I personally calculated the mileage. This bike doesn’t disappoint me at the top speed performance of its own. I have got 90 KM/H speed when I had one or more pillion with me.
Suspension and braking:
In my watching Braking and suspension these two are also very important part of a motorbike. Without their good performance accident can take place any time. At the brakes this motorcycle contains both Drum brake and they are effective, I am very satisfied with the performance. Suspensions of Discover are also helpful and well fitted. This bike has Telescopic Type suspensions at the front side and Nitrox suspension at rear side of this motorcycle. This type of suspension helped me at different roads. So at this side every rider can feel secured with the brakes and suspension of this motorcycle.
Pros:
- Excellent controlling at any roads.
- Engine performance is superb.
- Throttle works perfectly.
Cons:
- One Disc brake would be more perfect at the braking.
- Small size fuel tanker.
Overall this bike is perfect for a rider of any age. Mi am pleased with its performance from the very begging and till now I am satisfied after three years.
