Bajaj Avenger 150 Street user review by Maruf Alvee

I am something like crazy about the motorcycles from a long time ago, to be clear about this point, just after completing my school life in the year of 2007, I started to use Bajaj Pulsar 150 and I have used that one for time, but unfortunately I lost that bike few months ago actually in the last year. I was so disappointed by the lost of my motorcycle that I hardly can sense about any other bikes of that time. Just after hearing the news of Bajaj Avenger 150 Street is coming on the Bangladeshi market and this one is the first cruiser or semi cruiser bike of Bajaj, I just redecorated my mind to have this motorcycle anyhow. It was totally unexpected for me to have such a bike on the bike list of Bajaj or Bajaj might have any endeavor to produce such bike. So this bike is something like a surprise for me. So by considering these all facts, I didn’t take much time to prepare myself to have this motorcycle. I have been using this one from the last 3 months or more and I have ridden it around 1800 kilometers till now. These are the most charming sides of my motorcycle that I have measured by using this one:

-Its controlling is more than good enough and this why I never have to feel anything less while riding this one whatever the road or traffic situation is.
-Seating position is just like a cruiser bike should have. I merely can sense any tiredness even after riding this motorcycle for whole day long.
-It’s looking is something like extra ordinary and there is hardly any motorcycle in the Bangladeshi market that have the look like this motorcycle. Same time, most of the people gazing towards me when I am riding this motorcycle on road or elsewhere.
-Engine performance is just more than good enough and I am having the same performance from the engine and merely can sense any overheating after riding my motorcycle for long time.
-The color used over this motorcycle is so good that it attract most of the people passing through this motorcycle. I think the quality of the color of this motorcycle is not going to reduce with the time.
-There are some more good and interesting parts of this motorcycle.

At the sometime, there are some issues over this motorcycle which make me feel irritate in the extreme way. Here are those:
-Its headlight’s light is so dim that I am often got furious to ride this motorcycle on the night. This complains is not only from me rather this complains is from all the Avenger users. I hope the company will be sincere enough about this matter.
-Its price range is too high in my point of view. Yes this one has cruiser look but Engine is of 150cc same time, according to its features and performance, its price range does not suit with this motorcycle.

On the other hand, when talk on the matter of choosing this one ignoring others of the same segment of 150cc or among the cruiser’s of Bangladesh?
As I have mentioned on the top that I had used Bajaj Pulsar in my student life and I am something like a fan of Bajaj so when I hear news of Avenger is coming on the market and introduced by Bajaj. I didn’t think anything else but to purchase this bike as my personal one. There is nothing new to say on the matter of look of this motorcycle. I didn’t see any bike like this one in Bangladesh till now.

This motorcycle mileage is no way up to the mark why because, this one is a bike of 150cc and I am having the mileage range of 35 kilometers per liter and when I am riding my motorcycle on the highway, this one serving me the mileage of 40kilometers per liter. Although this motorcycle is Cruiser or Semi cruiser even then this range is hard to go with.
Meanwhile the plastics used over this motorcycle are strong enough in my personal view. Although I don’t yet face anything like accident or fall with it by which I can understand the real strength of the plastic parts.
