Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is now in Bangladesh

[Dhaka, Sunday, the 4th February, 2018] Leading automobile assembler, importer, manufacturer and marketing company, Uttara Motors Ltd. launched “Bajaj Pulsar NS160”, the most powerful 160cc motorcycle in the local market today. Tagged as “The Fastest Bangladeshi”, Pulsar NS160 is the most anticipated bike of 2018. Pulsar is also the First & Number One Sports Bike in Bangladesh and the choice of youth pride. At present more than three lac units Pulsar are moving in the country.

In addition, the highly anticipated motorcycle was handed over to 30 buyers, who pre-booked it, at the launching ceremony at International Convention City Bashundhara in the capital.



Mr. Matiur Rahman, Chairman and Managing Director of Uttara Motors Ltd. presided over the inauguration ceremony, while Board of Directors and the Senior Members of Bajaj Auto Ltd., India were also present at the ceremony.

Speaking about the launch of Pulsar NS160, Mr. Matiur Rahman said, “The demand for high-end motorcycles is rapidly increasing in Bangladesh, as the customers get the best in technology and performance from premium bikes. Uttara Motors offers a varied collection of Bajaj motorcycles in Bangladesh, but the Pulsar NS160 will cater to a growing segment of customers who seek the versatility and performance of a sports bike but wants to stay in the cc limit.”


Pulsar NS160 is powered by a 160.3 cc, 4 stroke single cylinder, oil-cooled DTS-i, engine producing 15.5 Ps of power at 8500 rpm and 14.6 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. This makes it the most powerful 160cc naked sports motorbike currently available in Bangladesh



The engine is nestled inside a pressed steel rigid perimeter frame that ensures superior handling dynamics when compared to conventional frames. The motorcycle sports telescopic forks and Nitrox Mono Suspension, along with a 240mm disc brake at the front and 130mm drum at the rear at just 142kg weight. The tank can hold 12-litres of fuel making it an ideal vehicle for a long ride.




Aggressive and Muscular look
This bike has an aggressive and muscular look which is somehow like a giant. As it is a category of naked sports and that is why its outlook look like Naked sports. This special design and muscular look has gained an excellent popularity in our next country India and for this reason we can say that, this bike will gain a superb response from the bike lovers of Bangladesh.




Powerful oil cooled engine
Bajaj serve a cordial endeavor to give this one a powerful engine. We have noticed that, this bike has 160cc oil cooled engine. One of the most important feature of the oil cool engine is, serve an excellent engine performance and this short of engine mostly used in high power bike. Oil cool engine is able to produce heavy power and the rider never going to feel any trouble even after riding it long time.



Comfortable suspension
As it has a monoshock suspension which is very much comfortable and this will hardly let the rider to feel any shake of the rough road same time, this will serve an excellent balance even in the high speed. Soft monoshock suspension assure the maximum comfort.




Meter
This bike has a good looking meter console which has the RPM indicator, speedometer, fuel indicator, odometer, battery level indicator and many ultra modern features.




Seat
This bike has two step seating position. Riders seating position is nicely build with the fuel tanker and beautifully combined as well by which the rider will have the nice balance same time, able to ride this one with extra confident. as to say about the seat of the pillion, this bike has step up and comfortable seating position for the pillion.




Perimeter Frame
This short of frame mainly noticed in the heavy quality bikes. This perimeter frame has used in the “Bajaj Pulsar NS 200” and same way this frame used in this “Bajaj Pulsar NS 160”. The key characteristic of this perimeter frame is to ensure the good control and made a combination of speed and braking which will let the rider to control the bike when he pull the hard brake.


From today, Pulsar NS160 will be available at all Uttara Motors showrooms across the country at a price of BDT 199,500/=. The motorcycle will be available in 4 (four) color combinations: Passion red, Pearl metallic white, Sapphire blue and Glossy Pewter Grey.
