As a personal vehicle there is nothing to say special about the facilities motorcycles. Nowadays I am using ZNEN DBR 150, before this bike I have used Runner Turbo 150. Both front and rear tire of Runner Turbo 150 was thinner and for this reason for two time my bike skids and was fallen from the bike. After that lesson I made my mind and decide from now on I will buy bikes giving special focus on the tire and weight. According to my need ZNEN DBR 150 is perfect.
I purchased this bike at November 20th 2017 because this bikes design, features and price all are accordingly similar to my choice. Till then this bike past 6000 Kilometer range at the meter. Now I will try to present my all good and bad experiences about this bike.

Firstly let us talk about the ZNEN brand. ZNEN is a Chinese motorcycle manufacturer. This is the sister concern of ZHONGNENG LTD and it was established at 1987. This company mainly manufactures scooter and almost 138 countries they are existing.

Design
No one will dislike ZNEN DBR 150 after watching its design. Whenever I go outside with my bike at signals and traffic jams people ask about the brand, price, cc etc. I pay the money for this bike because of its looks, tire, and heavy weight and double disc brakes. Not for once I think about the quality. Ina word this bike has outstanding design. Everyone loves the exhaust sound of this bike. All the body kits looks good at this bike, specially the LED lights adjusted with the parking lights body kit. Headlight of this motorbike also seems very attractive, almost alike as wild bull. But the light is not sufficient. Sometimes I think hurricanes got the better light. High and low beams marked at the same spot. I changed the headlights into lead but after two feet’s distance both low and high beams become the same. To prevent this problem I replaced the whole headlamp set with the set of FZS.

Handlebar
ZNEN DBR 150 contains better-quality handle bar and I just love that. The handlebar is much similar as FZS or Fazer, big and straight. It gives great balance during riding. But the problem is I felt vibration with my bike handlebar at the starting but now I solved that problem.

Instrument panel
ZNEN DBR 150 holds simply made dash board and digital meter. Few important features are missing here. Just odometer, Gear indicator, Trip meter and fuel gage is placed at the meter panel with blue display which is always illuminated.


Fuel tank
ZNEN DBR 150 contains a large fuel tanker. Though it is not that muscular but very attractive. It has 10 liter fuel tank capacity and 1.5/2 liters at the reserve chamber.

Seat
This bike holds soft seat for the user. But at long rides it can be painful. It has step-up pillion seat and very soft. Most of the pillion is not comfortable at this seat. For tasting the pillion seat I have ridden on it but I was in great pain. One thing I must say the rider was not that good because no pillions complained who has ridden at my back.

Engine
ZNEN DBR 150 includes 150cc single cylinder, four stoke, air cooled engine. It can produce 14.8 BHP @ 500 RMP max power and 12.80 NM @ 6500 max Torque.

Weight
This bike holds a kerb weight of 147 KG. Because of this kind of weight this bike provides superior road grip at high speed. For heavy weight riding become smoother and less feelings of shaking.

Tires
Front tire of this ZNEN DBR 150 is 110/80 and the rear tire is 120/80.17. Tire quality is excellent. Superb road grip is guaranteed. Those tires are made in Taiwan and both are tubeless. I am 100% satisfied with the tires because I can ride on any kinds of road.



Suspensions
I will give 9/10 to the suspensions of ZNEN DBR 150. Front suspension of ZNEN DBR 150is upside down and rear one is mono-shock, both are comfortable. Rear suspension is larger in size and I feel that one of the best suspension system if placed at this bike.

Brakes
This bike contains both side disc brakes. 260mm double disc piston hydraulics at the front and 220mm double piston hydraulics are placed at the rear side. Though this bike has good braking system but my front brake is not that much effective. All the other models are good at their brakes. From the day I purchase this bike both front and rear brakes are bothering me. After 15 days they started working but not that good as others. I have used all the things I need to get these fixed at the servicing center. If I hit the brake slowly then it must work slowly but that’s was not happening. After pressing the rear brakes it seems like hard braking and the tire gets locked. That’s why I use rear brakes hardly ever. I managed the front brakes to get into a good position but after 15/20 days they become the same. It doesn’t matter how hard I hit the brakes if the bike speed is 20+ brakes don’t work properly and this problem still exists.
Mechanics says the brakes are well in condition, however after costing a good amount now I get 60-70% braking performance from my bike.



Performance
I am getting good performance with this bike. This bike has a power full engine, I have driven 210 kilometer in a row but the throttle response was the same. Engine heats up early. I have get to the top speed of 106 KM/H, but the company claims it can go through 110 KM/H speed. I have tried but can’t get hold of it. This bike can go 0-40 in 4 seconds. Normally after 95 KM/H speed it took time to get in more speed. I am getting the mileage of 35 KM/L. If you say what is ready pick up then you will get the answers at this bike. During riding this bike you will be connected with this bike. Whenever you will need of speed, you will get.


Control and comfort
Three things made ZNEN DBR 150 superior and they are comfort, control and suspension. I have driven this bike at every kind of roads and as I wished to ride. This bike holds the seating position like FZS and you must slightly get down at the front to ride this bike but I didn’t felt that as a problem. I had driven this bike for 5 hours (only ten minutes rest) but no problem occurred, no back pain or anything else. I will give 9/10 at the comfort and control (Depending on those bikes I have ridden).


Features
Upside down (USD) suspensions are used in ZNEN DBR 150 which is seen at high cc motorcycles. For this feature this bike can be driven at both off roads and on roads anytime. At the speedometer of this bike we have Cable laser and with the help of it speed can be seen. ZNEN DBR 150 contains 12.9 V batteries and I think no other 150cc motorbike contains this battery.


Missing
No motorcycle is perfect though it is the most costly bike at local market. Few flaws will remain. That also goes for ZNEN DBR 150.

1. Few things like watch, top speed counter etc are missing at the dash board.
2. Dash board will do better if it was digital.
3. Top speed can be better as 150 cc category.
4. Small size front disc plate, only 260mm.
5. Rear tire can be better if it was 130/80 or 140/80 because rear tire skids.


Problems
Few problems of ZNEN DBR 150 are significant.
1. Headlights are not that good and it is difficult to see with this light at the highways and also at the local roads. No difference between high and low beams.
2. Low quality plastics are used for the body. Color has gone away in few days and also looks like a second hand bike.
3. Awful body finishing.
4. low-quality body color.
5. Body parts sounds much.
6. Not fuel efficient as other 150cc bikes.
7. according to the looks and price lack of speed.
8. Kicker is so hard that I can’t get the bike start with it in 5 months.
9. Not enough ground clearance that’s why crossing the speed breakers can be risky. With pillions it will get touched with breakers.



Few words of mine about ZNEN Bangladesh
I didn’t face any problem with the spare parts so I can’t tell anything but one thing I must say and that is the showroom workers creates problems. They fit the body parts of showroom bikes with others. For example they didn’t give the original battery of my bike, not even the battery holder. That means they set those to other bikes. ZNEN specially are scooter makers and that’s why they didn’t have any good mechanic for the manual bikes except two. Those two are always busy. I am saying the problem but they can’t find them, and at the other places with in a second they got the problem which occurs
After-service of ZNEN is acceptable. They try to fix the problem they found. Their behavior is the main reason of their after sells service. All of them are very gracious.

This review given at the top is written with my own experience about my bike. So it may vary with others and that is normal.

Wear helmet all the time when you are riding. Wear it not to follow the laws but for your own safety.
