Hearing the word bike gives me a lot of peace of mind because I have gained a lot of experience through this bike as well as I have been able to travel to some beautiful places in the country through this bike which reawakens myself. Whatever I say about my dream or love for this bike, it was from a very young age. There are many memories where I could not ride a bike but I used to ride my bike around various places of interest. My dream of a bike came true almost 2 years ago today and I was able to ride my own bike FZS v2 in different parts of the country.
One of the reasons to choose the Yamaha brand when buying bike is because of the brand value, good products and also the special service. I have seen that since the Yamaha brand first introduced the FZS version 1 in the Bangladeshi market, it has been highly valued and since then it has gained the confidence and love of many bikers, including me, towards the Yamaha brand has doubled. I have ridden 30,000 kilometers so far after buying my FZS v2 bike. I will share with you some of the good and bad aspects of my favorite brand Yamaha and its popular bike FZS in the light of riding of 30,000km.
Here are some of the ones I found to be interesting in my Yamaha FZS v2:
-The design and color combination of the Yamaha FZS version 2 bike is very elegant. I like to see this bike from all sides. I like the design finish of the bike on the front, back and all sides. After 2 years and 30 thousand km rides, I did not notice anything bad in the design or color combination of this bike.
-What I like most about this bike is the comfort of its seating position. I have ridden about 450 km and I really like the comfort of this seating position. There is no back pain or discomfort and the more I ride, the more I want to ride for this seating position.
-I like the control. Its Thick wheels, suspension all together this bike gives me very good control and I have always heard that the control of Yamaha FZS version 2 bike is very good.
-I like the performance of double disc braking so far. The brakes respond well enough and I change the brake shoes of the bike from time to time which gives me better braking.
This time I will say some bad aspects of this bike which I got after 30 thousand kilometers rides:
-Ready pick-up of the bike is always low. There is a little problem in overtaking on the highway because this bike does not have a ready pick up so it takes a long time to overtake large vehicles.
-The maintenance cost of the bike is much higher. Especially when you buy the parts that are in the bike, you can see that the price is skyrocketing. I think the price of these parts should be reduced a little bit.
-I got a problem with the chain kit which made the kit sound with the chain while riding which I found annoying.
-I have noticed now that the more I ride the bike, the smoother it gets. This means that when I am riding continuously, the smoothness that I get after riding for a long time, I no longer get that smoothness.
It's normal for things that I find bad to be good for other riders. I ride an average of about 20 km a day and go on tours from time to time. In the beginning I got mileage from this bike at 36 to 38 km per liter. Now I get mileage of 42 km per liter in the city and 45 km per liter on the highway. I am hopeful that this bike will support me in many more ways and I will be able to ride the bike more. Thank you everyone for riding carefully.
