Hero HF Deluxe User Review 11000km by Nishan Mondol

For my professional needs, I had to change my motorcycle for the 3rd time. I am a health worker and for my work I have to travel an average of 35-45 kms per day on a motorbike which was like a maximum of 20 kms before I joined in my current job.

So considering my need I bought the Hero’s Mileage Specialist HF Deluxe model about 10 months before today and in these 10 months I have ridden the Hero HF Deluxe bike for about 11000 kilometers. Since my need was the main reason for choosing Hero HF Deluxe, I often pay close attention to the performance of my bike. If it were so that I only bought the Hero HF Deluxe for my home commute or normal commute then maybe I wouldn’t have looked at its performance that way.

The age of my Hero Deluxe I mentioned earlier is about 10 months and according to the well-known models of a well-known brand I think this age is very low. In this short time my HF Deluxe bike has come to my notice a number of things that normally I or any biker who buys for my purpose would not expect.


Before I mention those things I would like to say that considering the price of Hero HF Deluxe it is a very good bike but considering the Hero brand users like me expect a little more from Deluxe HF.First of all I want to talk about mileage because Hero's HF Deluxe model is appreciated by everyone for mileage. I am currently getting an average mileage of 50-55 km per liter from Hero HF Deluxe differencing for the route. How can I call my hero HF Deluxe, now 10 months old, a mileage specialist? In this same model, some of the older bikes are getting mileage of 65+ kilometers. So I'm probably not getting that mileage because I may have a problem in my motorcycle.

I didn't expect to have a problem with the key port in 10 months. After inserting the key, I was able to put the bike in on mode after several attempts.
The meter cable was cut in this short time, I fixed it at my own expense.

Moreover, a common problem for all the bikes in this segment is chain loosening. This is especially true for those of us who travel long distances by bike. I have heard that this problem is very common in many other well-known brands besides Hero.

I am quite satisfied with the performance of the engine of my Hero HF Deluxe bike because I did not see any shortage of engine except for the issue of mileage and getting a little warmer.On the other hand, considering the price of Deluxe HF, I have got a lot of comfort in it. Needless to say, most of the time I ride my Hero on mooseball area or on a village road where due to road conditions I have never been able to reach a speed of more than 80 kilometers per hour and even on such a road I did not feel any problem with comfort.


Perhaps the most important thing that needs to be mentioned before is that I did not accept any of the free servicing my Hero HF Deluxe motorcycles had. Now many may say that I am facing so many problems with my bike due to giving up free servicing but the thing that always comes to my mind is:

My bike is from the famous Hero brand and this brand of motorcycle is always the best motorcycle at a low price with all classes of bikers and I also bought the bike with this in mind because many users of this same model told me that their Hero HF Deluxe has been serving smoothly for a long time.
