How To Change Engine oil At Home

Engine oil is a very important and necessary element for a bike, on a daily basis we had to change engine oil. Most of us change it to a service center or a mechanic, but in some situations, we couldn't go for a mechanic or a service center. Today we are going to discuss how to change engine oil at home.

• Engine oil viscosity is high in cold weather, at first you have to warm up the engine, it's better to have a ride for a while, and then cool down the engine for 10 minutes.

• Turns your bike into double stand then keep it for a while to cool down the engine and then you are ready to go for oil drain.

• If you are not able to ride then keep the engine started for 10 minutes, then start off the engine for cooling.

• Fully drain the old engine oil, if there is old engine oil then new oil will be discolored soon and viscosity will also be affected, so it's necessary to complete the full process.

• Take time for 10 minutes to complete this work and wait until the last drop and slightly down one side for better drain, then fill the new engine oil, after complete the full process tight the drain bolt carefully.

You will never be in trouble if you drain the engine properly following the process at home in case you don’t find any service center or mechanics nearby you. During a long ride, you can get rid of the hustle of finding a service center to change the engine oil by draining it yourself.
