Design and dimension:
If we talk about the design then we will see similarities between the new and old iSamrt. There is no big changes at the graphics. Duel color mixture, glossy paints, bolder design all are retained at this bike. So the dimension almost remains the same which are, 2015mm length, 770mm wide, 1055mm height. Along with that the wheelbase is 1245mm and the ground clearance is 165mm. this bike comes with not only a good dimension but also the 8.5 Liters fuel tanker makes the design bolder and beautiful. Combining all these the overall body weight of Hero iSmart plus is 116KG.



Engine:
If we look into the engine side then 109.15cc Air Cooled, 4 Stroke Single Cylinder, OHC engine is seen. This engine can produce 6.70 kW @ 7500 max power and 9.0 Nm @5500 RPM. The compression ratio 10:1. 4speed gear box and Multi-Plate, Wet Type clutch system is mated with this engine. To fire up this thing both electric and kick starting method is seen.



Suspension and braking:
Based on the suspension it can be assumed whether the bike will be comfortable or not, because good suspensions reduce the jerks and provides better comfort. For Hero iSmart plus Telescopic Hydraulic Shock Absorbers on the front side and Swingarm with 5 step Adjustable Hydraulic Shock Absorbers at the rear side are used.

Braking side is as usual we seen at the commuter. Both side Drum brakes are placed. Sometimes we see Disc brakes on an 110cc commuter but that is short for iSmart plus.

Tires:
For good balance tires plays an important role. For this bike hero placed 80/100-47P tubeless front tires and 80/100-54P tubeless rear tires, they are placed over alloy wheels.

Electrical and meter console:
