Design and Dimension

Engine

The engine is 102cc 4-stroke single cylinder air cooled engine which can generate 5.03 kw@7000 rpm Max power and 7.85 Nm@5000 rpm Max torque. There are both kick and electric starter. Hero said that scooter can give 63 KMPL and can run at the top speed of 77 KMPH. In a word we can say that Hero has improved its engine performance.

Suspensions
At front there are bottom line spring loaded hydraulic dumper and in rear there are unit swing spring loaded hydraulic dumper. According to Hero these suspension can provide better performance.



Tyres and Braking
The front tyre size is 90/100-10 and the rear tyre size is 90/100-10. Front and rear both tyres size are same and both tyres are tubeless. The front brake is 130mm dram brake and the rear brake is also 130mm dram brake. The both tyres and the braking are same in this scooter.




Electrics and miter console
The electrical system of this scooter is CDI Ignition system. There are 12v-35w/35w headlamp, beautiful tail lamp, side indicators, pass switch and all other useful features.The meter console is very good and qualified. The speedometer is analog there are fuel indicator, odometer and a side stand indicator. Though the meter is analog but there are all useful options on the meter panel and that will be really helpful for a rider on the road.
