Yamaha Fascino 125 FI Hybrid Unveiled Price is Affordable

It's been almost a month since the Neo Retro FZ-X was launched in India and it was at that time that Yamaha unveiled an updated version of their brand new addition, the Fasino 125 gearless scooter, which was well received. Yamaha authorities in India have recently priced their new Fascino 125 FI Hybrid and said that the scooter will be available in showrooms from the end of this month.

Hybrid Features of Yamaha Fascino 125 FI:

The Fasino hybrid scooter's power train uses hybrid technology that has been lauded by many tech savvy. It is actually the specialized name for a Smart Motor Generator (SMG) system. It acts as an electric motor to provide power assist when accelerating from zero. This power assist system becomes inactive only after three seconds of restarting or after reducing the throttle or when the engine exceeds the RPM limit.

The indicator light in the instrument cluster allows the rider to know when the power assist function is being turned on.

The Hybrid Scooter features LED headlights, DRL, LED taillights, side engine cut-off switches, 21-liter boot storage, and a digital instrument cluster.

In addition, Bluetooth connectivity support has been added to the disc model between the disc and drum brake variants of the Fascino 125 scooter. This will allow the console to read calls and text alerts after connecting by installing the Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X application. Besides, you can view riding history and battery status, check parking records, locate bikes, e-lock, turn on hazard lights through your smart phone.

Engine and mechanical features of Yamaha Fascino 125 FI Hybrid:

Like other conventional models, the Fascino 125 FI scooter is powered by an air-cooled 125cc engine. It is capable of producing 8.2 PS of power at 6,500 RPM and 10.3 NM of torque at 5,000 RPM. Although the power remains the same, the Fascino scooter now has a torque output of 0.6 NM and one of the amazing features of this scooter; it has a noiseless starter system.

The scooter has telescopic front forks and rear monoshock suspension for better comfort.

For braking, there is 180mm disc/drum with UBS (Unified Brake System) on the front and drum brakes with CBS (Combind Braking System) on the rear and this breaking system will give you most effective control over this scooter.

About the price of Yamaha Fasino 125 FI Hybrid:

The drum model of the Yamaha Fascino 125 FI Hybrid scooter is priced at 70,000 Indian Rupees which is nearly about 80,000/- in Bangladeshi Taka and the disc model is priced at 76,530 Indian Rupees and it is around 87,300/- in BDT. (excluding VAT/Tax of Government of Bangladesh)

The Fascino 125 FI Hybrid Scooter will be available in a number of attractive colors, including drum models Vivid Red (new), Cool Blue Metallic (new), Yellow Cocktail (new), Dark Matte Blue, Suve Copper, Vivian Red, and Metallic Black are available.
