TVS representing ABS Technology on RTR 160 4V

In the last 2nd March, 2021 Tuesday through a virtual event TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd presented whole new update of TVS Apache RTR 160 4V Smart X Connect’s ABS that means Anti Lock Breaking system version. To ensure the demand of young generation, this is the first time in the history of Bangladesh TVS Auto Ltd inaugurate this version with ABS, Smart X Connect along with whole new LED headlamp, Radial Tire and new graphics.

On the statement in the lieu of the inauguration of this motorcycle, Honorable Managing director of TVS Auto Ltd said: “TVS Apache RTR series already gained a huge success in Bangladesh and its any type of upgrade of new version is pretty exciting for the young generation. Smart X Connect and ABS on the Apache RTR 4V is whole new features same time, new headlight, Radial Tire and new Graphics will put us in the whole new level on the local market I believe. This motorcycle will be available in our all showrooms and 235 3s means Sales, Service and Parts dealer points.

After 14 years journey of the company, they have launched ABS version with 4V in which the rider is going to feel the feelings of Sports motorcycle. The new Apache RTR4V's Rear Wheel Lift of Protection or Super Moto ABS with RPL improves motorcycle control on wet slippery and muddy roads by preventing the wheel from locking up during emergency breaking. Where others motorcycles ABS start working in the speed of 40-50 kilometers per hour meanwhile, Apache RTR 160 4V’s ABS is going to be effective only on the speed of 5 kilometers per hour. Its single channel ABS will improve the breaking system on wet, slippery and also on the dusty or polluted roads and enhance the controlling capability by reducing skidding same way, take less distance to stop the motorcycle on emergency breaking. The Apache RTR 160 4V ABS Steel Braided Break Bundy Tube will always protect the rider while riding a bike not only on slippery high and low roads or in an emergency, but also in uncontrolled situations on the road every day. Due to this tube, one just has to touch the break lever slightly and the motorcycles break will come in action very tightly. The tube is able to hold high efficiency for a long time. In addition, TVS SmartXonnect Rider will basically connect the bike rider's smartphone to the motorcycle via TVS Connect App, which is applicable for Android users. Through this App the bike rider can see and control some features via LCD Digital meter like call/SMS alert, navigation help, low fuel alert and others. To control the X connect features there is new switch installed on the left side of the handlebar. Same time, the rider can easily see on SmartXonnect on the matter of the Race telemetry option including top speed, average speed, lean angle and gear shift pattern graph parameter with RPM.

At the same time this one has 159.7cc powerful engine and TVS Motor Company’s globally owned (O3C-Oil cooled combustion chamber) and Ram-Air assist technology. This O3C or Oil Cooled Technology and Ram-Air Assist keep the engine cool 10 times more. Most powerful engine in among the 160cc segment can produce 16.5 PS power in 8000 RPM this will serve the speed of 0-60 kilometers per hour in just 4.73 seconds. Enrich with the 4 valve this motorcycle has Double Barrel exhaust which serve the engine smooth racing sound. It features one of the world's best racing bike shock absorbers manufactured by manufacturer SHOWA gas field monoshock observer which can be adjusted in seven steps. It uses 270mm Roto Petal front Braking System and 200mm Rear Disc Brakes which will reduce the speed of the vehicle and give risk free smooth breaks instantly. Racing dual tone seats made in the best class foam will give extra comfort along with safety. By gaining all these Apache RTR 160 4V is the best bike of this time.
