Keeway RKS 150 user review by Nahid Ali

It was my hobby to have a bike of my own and this hobby just comes after riding my friends for a long time by terns. It is really a matter of excellent feeling of riding own bike. I just come to realize that feelings just after purchasing “Keeway RKS 150 CBS”. I purchase this bike with the advice of a friend. I was in confusion as this one is a new bike and new brand in the market. As I have experience of riding bike and from that experience I come to know just by rounding the throttle that, it is not a bad one. This one serve me well enough comfort while riding and its sports look is really special Which serve me an extra ordinary feelings.

It’s been 2 months to purchase this one from New Shovo Enterprise of Rajshahi. So far I noticed them then, they are quite cordial to the customers. Show room owner Shamim vai and manager Rajibul vai both are really sincere. But I am sorry to mention a point that they don’t have any specific location of service. When I took my bike with a view to have service, they serve my bike on the open road. I think company should think about this matter seriously. It is the matter of their reputation.



I have ridden my bike around 3500 kilometers and this one doesn’t let me feel any irritation. I mainly ride my bike inside the city and never on the support of high speed. This is somehow going to be interesting for you that my top speed is 60 kilometer per hour only because I never ride in high speed. I love to ride bike and from my point of view, whatever is good one and bad I can sense in my bike, will gather here all in front you. Hope these are going to help you to know better about “Keeway RKS 150 CBS”.

At first I want to say about the seating position, it is quite comfortable and pretty soft while over it. I never feel any problem to ride this one with pillion.

I don’t like the handlebar that is why, I change it by myself. I switch the handlebar with Suzuki Gixxer. I don’t feel any problem now. Looking glass is pretty stylish.

One problem I want to mention specially and it is its headlight. Headlamp light is not serving the exact light by which I may have the clear view. I urge to the company that they should switch to powerful headlight.

Its control is good enough as a naked bike. I can control it quite easily even the cornering inside the city.
I was in a puzzle with one thing, when I hold the rear break, front one works equally. Next I come to know that, my bike has the CBS technology by which both wheels brakes are combined. It is good to mention that, it gives me totally different feelings from the others and breaking system is good but I think it would have been better.

I don’t ride my bike for a long time but I have cross over rough roads most of the times that is why, I can measure the performance of the suspensions. Its mono sock and telescopic suspension allow me to forget the road conditions. Those are really good which hardly let me feel the condition of the road. I have noticed one more thing that, this bike has nice control for having mono shock suspension.

Most of the bikers mainly concern about the mileage. Many of them don’t care about the mileage rather cares only about the comfort. For me, mileage is a matter of tension when I am using a 150cc bike. Showroom informs me while purchasing that this will have the mileage range of 45 – 50 kilometer per liter but I am not having so even lower. In a word, I always keep the fuel tank full and it seems like fuel is burning excess. I think that the mileage would have been better.

The matter by which I happy most is, the price of my bike. As its look, any people will guess its price higher than the actual price but the price is lower than ones expectation. It price is only 1,54,900/- BDT. This type of bike in this price range is really unthinkable. I would like to thank Keeway for this type of price range. Same time, the technology they serving in the same price range, that will not found in the others brand.

Attractive sides:
-Excellent look
-Comfortable while riding
-Control is up to the mark
-Tyres are good in quality and same its grip
-This bike has all the features of a ultra modern bike.

Negative sides:
-Headlamp light is not up to the mark
-Handlebar is not good at all

If anyone is thinking to have a bike of the same segment then you can think about this one seriously. The problems I have faced you may not face those. And my advice to the company is, they should establish a permanent servicing center and they should avail the parts as well.
