Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme motorcycle user review by Ether

From my childhood my most loving vehicle was motorcycle. I have a serious crush on any kind of sports motorcycle running at the street. From my childhood I saw my father and brother riding motorcycles and I was so passionate about it. When I was at class eight I have learn to ride a motorcycle. My father never supported me to have my own motorcycle that is why I used to ride other persons motorcycle such as friends, brothers, uncles etc. After few years my brother bought a bike named CBZ Xtreme and i I am riding this fantastic motorcycle for three years regularly. Riding this bike I have some experience about this Indian motorcycle. Today I will share my personal experience about this Indian branded motorcycle which will be helpful to the other riders for purchasing this motorcycle or for better information about this bike. .

Handling and Controlling experience:

Controlling and handling of this motorcycle is very easy at good speed because this bike is much heavier than the other 150cc motorcycles that’s why controlling of this bike is very smooth in my opinion. Generally I used this motorcycle for traveling in city roads and in my personal experience this motorcycle is easy to control for its sporty design. Cornering with CBZ Xtreme is not so tough because this bike holds good dimension and ground clearance.

Engine performance:

One of the heart touching thing of CBZ Xtreme is its engine performance. Most of the CBZ users are pleased with the engine performance of this motorcycle along with me without any doubt. This motorcycle is assemble up with 149cc OHC 4-stroke, single cylinder, air-cooled engine. This engine can produce high quality max power of 10.6 kW (14.4 PO@ 8500 rpm) and torque of 12.80 N m @ 6500 rpm and because of this type of power and torque riders can have greater performance without any doubt. I am using this motorcycle for past three or four years in my own experience I have got better-quality performance with this bike than the other bikes I have ride. Engine sound of this motorcycle remains the same after almost four years. This is the most pleasant thing which I loved about this bike. This bike contains good engine as well as good design and when this bike runs at the roads it seems like something attractive is coming. Other parts and internal thing of the engine are also made well by Hero and in my own experience I can say that.

Speed and mileage:

I am totally satisfied with the top speed of this bike. From the very beginning this bike is always best at its top speed. I have ride this motorcycle with other rider pillion and I got top speed of 120 KM/H which really unbelievable. With one rider pillion this bike cam easily exits the speed of 130KM/H top speed without any doubt. This bike doesn’t disappoint me at all the mileage performance of its own. I have got 35-40 KM/L mileage from the beginning and it is almost the same at present. Sometimes mileage and speed bothered me but after servicing everything remains the same.

Suspension and braking:

In my perception Braking and suspension are one of the major important parts after the engine. At this motorcycle both these features are really well and both are very effective. At the brakes this motorcycle contains both Disc brakes. This type of braking is really very affective at different types of situation I am very satisfied with the performance. Suspensions of CBZ are also helpful, this bike has telescopic suspension the front and Swing arm with nitrox GRS (Gas reservoir suspension) I have experienced very smooth riding with the help of these suspension at the off roads. So in my judgment no user will complain much with this type of braking and suspensions.

Pros:

-0-60 KM speed at 7/8 sec.
- Controlling and handling are superb.
- Better-quality performance of the engine.
- Strong enough to carry weight with good speed.
- Very stylish and available with glossy colors.

Cons:

- Not so fuel efficient
- No kick start.

I am riding this bike more than three year and my riding experience with this bike is very suitable. It has combination power and speed. I am completely pleased with it.
