GPX Demon GR 165RR Feature Review

After successfully grabbing the market of Thailand, GPX Started their journey a year back in Bangladesh. Their kind of flagship product GPX Demon GR165R became one of the best looking and well performing product across our country. Starting from the upgrade aerodynamic design to wider radial sports track tires everything was excellent and ready to challenge other sports segment bikes. In addition, the budget also mesmerized the users. However, there were a few complaints about lack of features in it. Recently Speedoz LTD the official distributor of GPX introduced a refreshed model of GPX Demon, namely GPX Demon GR 165RR, which bear out all the necessity of users. This bike now has lot more things to offer for the sports bike lovers, want to know what they are, then lets us have a discussion about it.

Attractive features of GPX Demon GR 165R:

Eye catching sports looks & Design:

GPX Demon GR165R was built with the thinking of pure race track theme. Targeted users were sports lovers and that is the reason behind the aggressive built. Now the new GPX Demon GR165RR comes with more attraction. The base remains the same but the upgrade cosmetics and new color schemes makes this bike more appealing than before. Starting from the front, split dual headlamps and the raised windshield gives this bike mighty sporty look. Coming to the mid-section, aggressive and upraised fuel tanker gives mated with the split sporty seating gives this bike pure sporty posture to ride on. Fully fairing kits covers 50% of the fuel tank and give the side look much better view. Recently the foot peg position gets little bit elevation, hence the riding position becomes sportier and comfortable for all heighted users. New color cosmetics and shades gives this bike premium glance than before. The RR paint over the side panels gives more desirability. Wider discs, sporty exhaust, wide radial tires, thin rear design with number plate holder everything makes this bike superior at the outlook. This overall body structure is built over trellis frame like before, which ensures the durability for long run and makes this bike compatible for every road condition indeed.

EFI engine with 4 valves:

EFi engine placement is necessary and that we have seen before on GPX Demon 165, but 4V engine was missing. So, GPX not only added $V engine but also they have modified the raw power of the engine as well. For Demon GR165RR GPX installed 164.4cc 4-Stroke, 1 Cylinder, SOHC EFI Liquid cooled 4V engine for high end performance. Looking at the specification of the engine now have, 19.2bhp @ 10500rpm max power and 1.0Nm @ 7500rpm max torque. With this enhanced power this bike in now the most powerful bike in its own segment. Riders can accelerate 0-60 within 4 seconds like before. Furthermore, 6 speed transmission gear box will help this bike to raise up to 140 KM/H top speed (Company claimed). Due to the EFI users won’t get no less than 35-40 KM/L mileage in regular riding.

Full LED Lighting:

For this New Demon GPX Demon GR165RR fully LED setup is seen like before. Side indicators, Front and Rear laps, instrument cluster all are mated with LED lighting system.

Full Digital LED meter with soft Touch setting system:

Nothing new for this sector as well, Fully Digital and Black screen display panel is seen like before at GPX Demon GR 165RR. This newly introduced meter panel has all the necessary features like, speedo, Clock, fuel gauge, RPM counter and gear Counter. All these features can be fixed with soft touch setting system buttons and they are really very handy to use.

YSS 7 step Adjustable rear and Upside Down front suspensions:

YSS is one of the renowned Motor vehicle parts manufacturer and for GPX has used their top quality Mono shock absorbers for this Demon as well. For the second time in Bangladesh GPX has introduced 7 step adjustable Rear mono suspension and the GPX Demon GR 165RR also gets the facilities like before. At the front side for better stability and pure race track feel Demon 165RR comes with Upside Down suspensions.

ABS Brakes:

One of the major demand on GPX Demon was ABS braking. According to the demand of time ABS braking system in DEMON 165RR is now installed for excellent performance. However, both side effective Disc brakes remains the same.

Body Dimension:

For the new edition GPX Demon GR 165RR GPX dimensions remains almost the same comparing to previous model. The length of this bike is longer comparing to other sports type 165cc bikes, which is 747 mm, width is 2020 mm and the overall height is measured 1145 mm. as a sports bike the seat height seems to be little bit raised, which is 815 mm. Wheelbase is 1359 mm and the ground clearance is now 159 mm, which results in better cornering and less stress while riding on bumps. This bike has an 11liters fuel tank capacity and including all these GR165RR weighs 155KG in total.

Tyres:

For the tire sections GPX installed the same tyres for the new GPX Demon GR 165RR. 100/80 tires at the front and 140/70 Tires at the rear side and both are Tubeless. Individually the tires are placed over strong built alloy wheels.

Color scheme:

the new GPX Demon GR 165RR will be available in Two different color shades, they are White Volpe Rossa (White-Red Shades) and Black Onyx Hyper sport (Black–Grey Shades). All the colors are very fascinating and they are dual toned.

Looking all the features of this newly introduced sports bike, we can consider this bike as a ready piece to challenge its competitors like before. With more upgrades and meeting all the demands of the users this new DEMON will surely grab the attention again. From top to bottom this bike is loaded with modern touch and refined aggression.
