Engine overheated on long ride – TVS Metro 100 user Ataur Rahman

I am Md Ataur Rahman. And by profession I am doing job in a NGO. I live in Bagatipara, Natore. I am a user of TVS Metro-100cc ES. Today I am here to share my ridding experience with the viewers via motorcyclevalley. First let me express something about myself. Bike is a part and parcel of my daily life as I am a NGO worker. This is my first bike I haven’t used any bike before my TVS Metro 100cc ES and I have been using this for almost 2 years. And I think 24 months is enough to know a bike and I will only share my personal opinion it may be different from other user.

Lets talk about the engine. The engine is the main part of a bike as it make the bike run. Well the engine heats up early and don’t perform better on long tours and as I have to ride the bike the whole day and I have experienced it many time. Beside the engine performance the mileage is very good. At present I am getting 70 KMPL I am so much satisfied with the mileage.

The design is awesome the graphics on the fuel tank and very good combination of black and green color really attracted me. I love the design so much. Build quality is really good and strong. It is a good looking rough and tough bike.

Well this is a comfortable bike. But the sitting position and the handlebar is not well combined. The sit in much lower than the handlebar though it don’t make any problem. Handlebar is comfortable and the switch attached with the handlebar is good but the self starter don’t work perfectly. At night the headlamp disappointed me a lot as it don’t provide me enough lights. Overall everything is good.

This is a small and light weight bike so the controlling is easy but at top speed it floats and vibrate a lot. It is really risky at top speed. But the brakes, suspensions and the tyres are good. In the emergency situations the tyres skid much. That make the controlling hard to me. But suspensions and brakes are very good. Controlling is not that much good.

The most disappointing and bad part of TVS is the servicing center in here. I have been to their servicing center and they are neither well behaved nor well experienced. I hate their servicing.

The chain is very disturbing of my bike. this is a commuter bike but there is no hook for travel bag. But the best part of the bike is its mileage. I love the mileage. And I am so much satisfied with the mileage.

According to my opinion the bike is best for mileage. If you want mileage than you can buy one and other side I have discussed I hope it will help you. Thank you.
