We all know that every sector especially economic sector came to a stoppage due to COVID-19 and Automobile sector is one of the victims of this crisis. Our whole countries automobile business and all short of service center is currently off for uncertain period. All the companies and outlets are closed in the same way. They are dealing or communicating with the business in short term but this will not make the outcome we looking for.

Whatever happen, we have to protect ourselves from the Corona Virus and for that we have to stay at home. But we can use this time properly instead of not wasting it on the Social Media or not by gaining weight only by sleeping. Let’s see how we can use this time proper way:




Studying: We are always busy with our job and for this reason we merely have any time to take a look on the latest technology on the Automobiles. We might notice the latest technologies but don’t have any time to study the technology. Meanwhile, your colleague is quite advance on the matter of technology than you. This thing might different in some cases but we all know that we are lacking in some well know technologies. Yes, we are talking about to replete yourself with all that parts and technologies of automobiles about which you just were thinking to. There are so many ways to make this happen. You can read books or search online but you are going to have whatever you looking for.



Communication: this would be the best time to make a strong bond with the customers. There is hardly any time you can make a phone call to the customers due to busy with other tasks or may be the lack of the call center or the customer was busy but right everyone has time to spare. So this is the right time to make a bond with the customers. Make phone calls to the customers share feelings; this will make you benefited in the upcoming days. You may think that where should you get the phone number of the customers? Just search the mobile contacts of yours and your colleague, start with what you have.

Social Media: if you want to enhance your acceptance then this is the correct time to increase your adaptability. You might have notice many of the customer often saying that, there is a person who can solve problem quite easily which means, that customer is questioning about your work ability. So you can enrich your technical knowledge through the Facebook or through the Youtube. There are so many Groups or Pages on the Facebook relating with you works where so many questions are asked. You can answer the questions with logical arguments. Same time, the persons whose knowledge more than you, so you can be a customer of them to know more. At the same time, search Youtube with your work related topics; it will be one of the effective ways to found the lacking inside you.



You just have to focus on the weak part about which you have to know more. Try to complete that lack to be close of the customer through quality service. Study properly on the weak points and you will have enriched confident when you are complete. Use this time in exact way and this will make your profession better than ever it was. Meanwhile, you can complete separate online course as well to grow up your worthiness.
