Job Responsibilities
- Sell Products
- Attendance Monitoring & daily report collection.
- Train up junior executives about the product's knowledge, features and sales technique, reporting, etc.
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop training content to increase sales potentiality through AIDA.
- Monitoring the shop check and solve the problems, follow prescribed format and report accordingly.
- Stuff management: Follow up promoters' sales target, daily job, training, performance, award policy, team building.
- Spend specific time every week to sell products with those low performing executives. So as to improve the sales practical ability.
- Promotion management: Apply the promotion, do promotion, and report.
- Collect competitors' information and the trend of technology development and develop training materials to compete with competitor products.
Education
Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any reputed Universit
Experiences
At least 2 year(s)
Requirements
Age at most 31 years
