SKT DOT Certified Helmet User Review by Sami

Assalamualikum, myself sadnan sami, today I will share my using experience of SKT DOT certified helmet which I have been using from last 6 months, when I decided to buy a new helmet then I have a few budget and I need a quality full certified helmet, because I never use a certified helmet before, but the main problem was about finding the right size for me, because my size was XXL-3XL, so it’s very difficult to find the right size for me, luckily I find this helmet which also within my budget, so I brought this helmet and I use almost 6 months+ now I describe some positive and negative side about this helmet.

Good side about this helmet:

• According to the budget this helmet has a great ventilation system which helps me in city ride and highway also.
• Visor quality is good and also this helmet has a built in sun visor, which is rear in this budget.
• Padding is very comfortable, also it is fully adjusted to my face, and even after 6 month padding quality is almost same.
• Helmet build quality is good.
• Lock quality is good enough.

Some negative side about this helmet:

• This helmet has a DOT certification, but now a day’s most of the helmet has ECE certification in this budget, in my opinion it would be great to have ECE certification with this helmet.
• Weight distribution is not that good, slightly on the higher side and after a long ride I feel neck pain, so weight distribution would be better.

That’s all about this helmet, in this budget this helmet is good but there is better option available, you can also try those helmets, but this helmet is also good, you can try this also, but make sure to know all those thing about this helmet.
