Yamaha Company was the first to bring slipper clutch technology in our country. Usually we use the clutch to reduce or increase the gear of a bike. On the other hand, do not hold the clutch by lowering the gear for engine brakes, which we see in the case of race track riders. Race track riders most of the time use engine brakes to control the speed of their bikes, because unwanted turning in front is actually more predisposed to slow down after applying the brakes on their own, which is why slipper clutch is used to reduce this speed and gear quickly and safely. The gear shifting will be in much hurry and smoother. Using this tech we feel that bikes without slipper clutches are more likely to seize the engine when the RPM is too high, but bikes with slipper clutches keep everything in the engine safe when the gear is in low gear and slow down without wheel lock or shaking. |
