Ron is basically an octane number, which is renamed as research octane number. It is a way to control the grade of gasoline. It describes the type of engine oil at low temperatures and speeds and tries to impersonator the acceleration type. This octane number was posted at oil pumps in Germany. According to DIN EN, Super Gasoline should be 95.0 and super plus Gasoline should be at least 96.0. These numbers are basically RON. |
