Motul 5100 10W40 Engine Oil User Review by – Waliur Shakh

I am currently using a bike named Suzuki Gixxer Mono Tone, and for its engine oil, I am using Motul 5100 10W40. I have ridden approximately 5000 kilometers in 7 months with this engine oil. Since I have been riding it for a long time, I would like to discuss the pros and cons of this engine oil with you in the hope that you will find it useful.

One significant positive aspect of this engine oil is that it keeps the engine's sound and performance very smooth. I have noticed that the engine sound remains quite good most of the time. In terms of performance, using this engine oil has had a positive impact, and I have experienced overall improvement in the bike's performance since using it.

One notable concern regarding the engine oil is its viscosity. While I initially found it satisfactory, after riding 800 kilometers, I observed a significant drop in viscosity. This has become a major issue for me with this engine oil.

Apart from this viscosity issue, I haven't encountered any other problems. In conclusion, I would like to say that those who want to use this engine oil for their bikes can do so without hesitation. Thank you.
