Assalamualikum I’m Jubair Rashid, I like bike riding and travel with my bike, and the most important things about bike is engine oil, which lubricate the engine and make the engine smoother and keep away from friction, I always try to find the best engine oil for my bike, on behalf of that today I’m going to share my using experience of Yamalube performance semi-synthetic engine oil, which I have been using since 3 years and I have run more than 14,000 kilometers, after my usage I have found some positive and negative thing about this engine oil, now I’m going to share that to you.

Pros:

• The price of this engine oil is less than any other semi synthetic oil, so I get a good performance and engine reliability in a decent price.
• Performance and smoothness of this engine oil is very good.
• It can lasts smoothness for a long time in long ride.
• City ride performance is as long ride but the smoothness comes after a certain time of ride.
• Gear shifting is also good; I didn’t face any kind of issue.
• Also I don’t need to oil top up, because I didn’t get less engine oil after oil drain.

Cons:

• Yamalube engine oil is available in Yamaha showrooms but this engine oil is not widely available in other area or shops.
• This engine oil has a short time drain period as compare to other semi synthetic engine oil, because semi-synthetic engine oil can lasts more than 1500 kilometer but this engine oil should not use more than 1000-1200 kilometers.
• After 1200-1500 kilometer this engine oil lost its smoothness and viscosity.

Yamaha Company recommended Yamalube for their bikes and they claim that you will get the best performance and reliability by using this engine oil, and their engine oil perform better than any other engine oil in the market, that’s why I use this engine oil since I brought my bike, I will definitely recommend this engine oil to all of Yamaha bike user, so that’s all about my using experience I hope this will help you to take a decision about choose the right engine oil for your bike, Thank You.
