API: API stands for American petroleum institute is an engine oil-certification company headquartered in the USA. They decide on the engine oil grade and that oil is suitable for the latest engine technology. Currently, they have used SN+ certification. That means vehicles that have been produced after 2018 will come with SN+ certification.
JASO: Japanese automotive standards organizations (JASO) is an engine oil certification company from japan, basically they certified engine oil for vehicles with one oil for clutch, gearbox, and engine. Their latest technology is MA2, which is suitable for bikes that come with a catalytic converter (BS6).
SAE: Society of automotive engineers, research about engine oil viscosity and grade. They check if the viscosity according to the grade is accurate or not and certify the engine oil.
