Conditions:
A. The form must be completed in full. You can enjoy the rest of the benefits by filling out the form.
B. Any helmet can be brought to this service and wash campaign.
C. If the answer is correct, 3 people will be awarded through lottery. (1st Prize: MT Helmet. 2nd Prize: Raincoat. 3rd Prize: Hand Gloves)
D. If someone's name appears in the lottery, the person must be present at the event time to receive the prize. Otherwise the remaining people present will be rewarded by lottery again.
