Needless to say, MT Helmets Bangladesh is the first helmet company to offer this double warranty policy in Bangladesh.

Basic Rules:

1. You must contact Raida Trade International or any authorized dealer store within 15 days of the accident.


2. You need to show the exact cause of your accident. Helmets that have been discarded or damaged with a simple scratch will not be accepted.


3. Visors and padding will not be covered by this warranty.


4. If you want to use the double warranty policy, you have to pay 20% of the price of the new damaged helmet. If you want to upgrade your helmet model, you have to pay 20% of the price of your previous helmet and pay extra to upgrade.

To put it simply, for example, your previous model of helmet cost Tk. 5,000 which you will only pay 20% to use the warranty and you will get a new helmet of the same model. But when you want to buy a new helmet by upgrading, for example you have chosen a helmet worth Tk. 11,000 then you only have to pay 20% extra for your previous helmet which will be Tk 6,000 to upgrade to a new model.

Not only that, you will get free insurance for buying any MT helmet. Riders will be compensated depending on the damage caused in the accident.

If you want to get this free accident insurance and a double warranty offer, you must collect the warranty card when buying your MT helmet. Then you have to scan the QR code added on the back of the warranty card and fill in all the required information on the official website of MT Helmet which will enable your free accident insurance and all these things are considered as general rules of this offer. The insurance company will contact you later.
Depending on the loss of the rider, you can get from Tk 30,000 to Tk 1,00,000 from the free insurance system.
