My bike is my daily companion. Whenever I take my bike out from home, I nurture the desire to go somewhere, anywhere, but due to time constraints, it often remains unfulfilled. However, on holidays, I take my bike wherever my heart desires. Since I frequently ride my bike, knowing how to handle it is crucial. Among the essential aspects, the tire holds significant importance. As the rear tire of my bike, I use the MRF Zapper-S1 140/70-17 66S ZRS1 TL. Today, I will share some good and bad experiences with you regarding my use of this tire so that you can gain a better understanding of it.
The positives.
*I have been using this tire for a long time, and what I particularly like about it is its stability and gripping. These two aspects have impressed me a lot, and I have observed that it provides excellent support in various conditions.
*The tire's shoulder is quite thick, so when I ride on rough roads with stones or bricks, I see that even though large stones hit the tire's side wall, there are no balance issues from the tire's perspective.
*Regarding cornering, I have ridden with and without pillion, and I have noticed that I enjoy cornering a lot, and I have a lot of fun doing it.
The negatives.
*During this year's Eid holiday, I went to my village, and especially on the village roads, particularly the rough ones, I found its performance to be very poor. After all, it's an off-road tire, so it's expected to have a drop in performance on rough roads.
*Considering everything, I believe that the MRF Zapper 140/70-17 66S ZRS1 TL tire is a suitable choice for my bike. So, those of you who want to buy a good quality tire for your bike can undoubtedly consider purchasing this tire.
Thank you.
