The Yamaha E01 was completely disguised so that the issue of design would not come up in public. Observing the images that have come to the fore, it can be said that the model prepared for production is very similar to the outlook of the concept model shown in 2019. The front is said to be somewhat inspired by R1. The rear is quite slim and very close to the concept model and has a tire Hugger integrated license plate. However, the way the curvy seat was seen to blend in with the bodywork in the concept version will not be seen in reality. The test model seat of the Yamaha E01 is similar to that of a normal scooter.

The Yamaha E01 e-scooter is powered by an air-cooled DC brushless motor. It has a fixed lithium-ion battery. Which can go up to 80 kilometers after full charge. However, in the final model, the performance is likely to be further improved.
Based on the image obtained from the digital instrument cluster of Yamaha E01 e-scooter, it can be said that it will be given a riding mode. And Smartphone connectivity can be expected. The LCD console can offer turn-by-turn navigation. Other special features include full-LED lighting, keyless ignition, and apron-mounted multi-function switches.


As for the hardware of the Yamaha 01, it actually runs on a 13-inch alloy wheel. There are telescopic forks and twin rear shock absorbers for suspension.
