Double Cradle Frame
 Manufacturers also call it a double down tube chassis. A single cradle frame has only one steel support to support the engine. On the other hand, the double-cradle frame has a bottom part to support two tube engines. Double cradle frames have more advantages than single cradle frames for higher pressure bearing capacity, stronger, etc. The double-cradle frame is not much more expensive than the single cradle. The double-cradle frame is able to handle very well and handle stress in any situation better than a single cradle. These types of frames are widely used by Indian bike manufacturers. This is a relatively old design frame. |
