ABS, CBS, DCBS and CABS breaking systems

Honda is only a brand name but we often made mistake by calling motorbike as Honda. Only because of its excellent performance not only this mistake done by the ignorant people but the educated people also made this mistake. But this brand now lost its golden age where Indian product grab the market from alongside and Honda is not thinking about it.

I'm not going to discuss anything about Honda rather I'm going to discuss about some breaking system in short. As the Bollywood actor make an advertisement on the matter of balance which related with the Honda's “Combi-Brake System (CBS)”. There are two types of bike safety “Active safety and passive safety” this could be easily guess that breaking system is the part of breaking system.

Honda used first disc break in the year of 1969 on the CB750 Four bike. Later serially Combi-Brake System on GL1100 Gold Wing. mechanical oil pressure control system discovered in the year of 1987 for the ABS breaking system. The first electronically-controlled Antilock Brake and Traction Control System invented only for the bikers and the bike was ST1100 Pan-European ABS+TCS sports tourer. To distribute equal weight on the each wheel, Honda invented duel combined breaking system as a first company and the bike was CBR1000F sports tourer. Integrated front and rear ABS used at first in the Live Dio ST scooter in the 50cc Honda in the time of 1995.

What is ABS breaking system? What the advantage of it?
By the ABS breaking system you can control the torque of the wheel in heavy speed. This ABS system is not going to lock the wheel by which you will be safe on the slippery road. The most important matter of this ABS system is, this system never stop the wheel at once. This system works as like “release stop, release stop”

Is ABS reduce the distance of breaking?
Well, the main focus of this breaking system is to “never lock the wheel” rather to control the torque of it and take the grip of the tire in the maximum level. This will automatically reduce the distance of break.

Is ABS going to work in cornering?
This is good to say that ABS works 100% when the tire is 100% with the road surface. Thats why you don't better use ABS in the cornering.

What is Combi-Brake System?
With this system you are going to guess the weight balance of the front and rear wheel. Same time, you can make the guess of how much you have to put the pressure on the breaks. That means, you can measure the weight balance by the Combi-brake system.

What is dual combined braking system?
You never have to use both brake when you have this system, one brake will do the both. The intelligence will distribute the weight balance in the both wheel. This will save you seriously when you need to stop your bike seriously.

Is CBS reduce the distance of braking?
You cannot think about this when the system is out of its limit. You know the fact that a riders experience, perfectibility and many thing depend to control a bike on the road. You always have to be careful whatever your braking sustem is.

C-ABS
This system actually is a combination of CBS and ABS. This both are combined with electronic circuit. Anti lock is combined with the combined braking system by which ABS can perform flawlessly.

At the last
You can speed up your bike by the accelerate but cannot stop it at once.. you have to think about many thing when you are going to stop your bike. Thats why the best way is to practice it properly.
