Keeway Superlight user review by Shahnawz Ali

I think for regular use and personal traveling motorcycle is an ideal vehicle. Because of a bike we can communicate easily and fast as well. I have a great attraction over bike and that is why for my personal roaming I bought Bajaj Discover 100 many years passed and few days later I switched to Discover 125 and was using it for a long time. All of a sudden I saw Keeway Superlight 150cc motorcycle and the design and looks catches my eyes. Within few days I bought this bike and for the last five month it is with me. However within these five months I draw together both the good and bad experiences with my bike. Before I share those I want to introduce myself, I am MD. Shahnwaz Ali and by the profession I am a service holder. Today through motorcycle valley I will share all my experiences with my bike and as this is my first time I beg of mercy if any mistakes are seen.



Engine:
Though the bikes engine is powerful and smooth but sometimes I feel lack of smoothness. Engine doesn’t heat up that much but after stopping the ride it makes a bad noise. Many times I made long journeys with my bike and on that time the engine sound changes a bit and the smoothness becomes into a wired sound which I didn’t like at all. Except this problem I have no complains because it is offering me great performance and undoubtedly it is a classy engine.

Design and build quality:
I really think this bike comes with a charismatic design. Mainly I bought this bike for its design and because of the design I must say the overall outlook of this bike is outstanding. On the other side the build quality of this bike is good but I didn’t like few body parts of this bike. They are not that much strong and durable enough, but overall the design and build quality is excellent.

Control and comfort:
Without any doubt this bike offer good comfort and I am feeling it personally. Seat quality of this bike is perfect and softer enough. As a cruiser bike the seat is lower is position so no problems with the seat height. As I said I traveled for a long time with my bike and not for once but I haven’t felt any pain in my hand or back. For the first time I faced problem while using the switches because they are not the same positioned as the other bikes have but later on it become normal and I must say the quality of those switches are perfect. I am a service holder so I have to ride my bike mostly at the end of the day so I need good support from the electrical side. I am getting that support from this bike, especially the headlamp offers excellent power and it covers a long distance. I can easily see what is coming in front of me. On the other side the control of this bike is very delightful. I personally speeded my bike up to 80 KM/H speed and on that time I was not in short of good controlling over my bike, this bike giving me good control in risky situations as well. I have watched it personally that during hard braking the tyres doesn’t skids. Another good thing of this bike is the suspension, when I ride at the rough roads I feel less shaking because of these two and because of them I can ride with great comfort. So I think this bike has good combination of controlling and comfort.

Mileage and service:
When I bought this bike the showroom owners said to me that I am going to get 50 KM/L mileage but till now I cannot even touch that kind of range. But I think I am happy with the mileage because as a cruiser motorcycle it is giving me a good mileage.

Servicing quality of the authorized servicing center is not up to the mark because they are short of experienced workers and for that I have to visit there very often but every time I was satisfied with their behavior. Other thing I have to say is the body parts of this bike are not available all the time.

Price and verdict:
I personally liked the price of this bike because the way it is performing I am pleased with the price and think it is more than perfect. I am satisfied with all the performance of my bike and I love my bike so much.

One thing I want to suggest the company and that is they must develop their servicing quality and need to provide the body parts always.

Few good finding: Outstanding design, powerful engine performance and reasonable price.
Few bad findings: No passing light, uncomfortable grab rail to hold on, low ground clearance.
