Firstly I want to thank team MotorcycleValley for giving me a chance to uphold my experience with my motorcycle. My name is Amin Hossain and I am from Bagatipara Natore. Basically, I am business person and to manage my business works in time I use motorcycle regularly, and that is also the main reason to purchase my present motorcycle named Bajaj Platina 100. I must mention that it is also my first motorbike of my own. For the last one year I am using this one. As I said one year have passed with my bike so I have gathered few experiences about this bike and I am positively hopeful that my experience with Bajaj Platina 100 will be helpful for those people who are thinking to have this bike for their personal use. So without wasting more time I want to deliver my sayings about my bike.

As we know the most important part of a bike is its engine so first thing I would like to talk about my bike is this part. The Engine of my bike is really good and till now it didn’t disappointed me. I can't feel anything negative in the Engine so far and I hope this will serve same way in future as well. Sound quality of the engine is excellent so the power. No lacking at the acceleration. Now the matter is about the mileage of my bike. Well, though everyone knows Bajaj Platina because of its mileage but I am not that much satisfied with it. I don’t realize why but I am getting 55 KM/L mileage which is not expected from this bike. Without that I have no complaints from the engine output.

Talking about the design of my bike, I have to confess that this bike has the design which is really gentle where no styling thing can be found, but I think this bike is fit for all class of people. Meanwhile, its build quality is also pretty strong, and it provides me lot of confident to ride this one according to my wish at any situation or road condition. In a word, my bikes outlook and design is nice and pretty to me.

Now let us talk about the comfort of my bike. It is pretty good from this part as well. Seating position is good to serve great comfort and the larger seat makes it easy to ride with pillions. Without that the handlebar is perfectly placed according to the riding seat and for that I can have good grip and relaxed ride too. On the other hand, electrical and their operating switches on the handlebar are easy to use and supportive. Because of them I don’t have to worry at the night journeys. Headlamp offers good light and it makes my journey easier at night.


The side I want to share about my bike is the control. I have picked up the top speed several times with this bike and I felt no vibration from my bike, slightly vibrating at the top speed is a regular issue of all the bikes and I was running at the high speed. Brakes effective and that’s why I can have better controlling and slow down my bike without losing control. Talking about the suspension, they are just well to go with no lack is found in their performance and whatever the road condition is I can ride smoothly. At the same time, the tyres are also well in their performance and that’s I hardly feel any skidding from those so far.

I have visited the main service center several times and each of the time I found them sincere enough on their duty. So I must say their after sells service is promising and all of them are well behaved.

Lastly if someone asks for my suggestion I would say, based on the matter of quality, service and performance of this bike, the price is little bit higher I think. But among the entire 100cc commuter segment this bike contains largest seat, better acceleration, the only problem I have seen is the mileage which will vary with the users. So you can choose this bike if it is in your choice list.
