Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall the areas of operations to manufacturing Motorcycles and directing activities such that, production goes on schedule within required quality standards and cost-effective.
Develop production plan in coordination with Assemble, Sales and Commercial and establish procedures for maintaining the optimum standard of quality through optimum utilization of resources.
Monitor preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment/machinery for smooth production.
Ensure the required units of Quality Products to meet the market demand.
Identify, recommend and implement the changes to improve productivity and reduce cost & rework.
Direct & coordinate various programs essential to the production process, such as Training, Safety, Housekeeping, Cost reduction, Workers' involvement, Factory Security etc.
Plan and manage minimization of power use, consumables item use, maximize machine efficiency, understanding of machine troubleshoot time etc.
Plan and manage expected delivery program and operation of all logistics support equipment.

Education
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any public University

Requirements
Age 35 to 45 years
Only males are allowed to apply
At least 10-12 years practical experiences in the manufacturing plant of which 2 - 3 years experience in similar position.
Strong understanding in Painting, Welding and Supply Chain of a manufacturing plant.
Have exceptional personality with excellent communication skill.
Must have visionary leadership quality with a better attitude to achieve the ambition.
Hands-on experience to drive a large number of employees in a factory. Can do work independently and with short deadlines.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management of a manufacturing plant. Automobile industry will be given preference.
Only males are allowed to apply
